The intro call
We ask what takes up your time, what tools you use, and what happens when things get missed. If we can’t help, we’ll say so. By the end, you’ll know the next step.
The plan
For clear, simple jobs, you get a one-page plan: what we’ll build, what you’ll need to provide, the timeline and the price.
A 45-minute session to map how your business runs today, then a written roadmap of the highest-value fixes and where to start. The full $150 is credited toward any project you start within 60 days.
Either way, you approve the price before we start.
The build
We build it and test it with your real data. Partway through, you see a working version and can request changes.
Launch and support
It goes live with a short walkthrough video. Projects include 14 days of fixes. Managed assistants get ongoing monitoring, fixes and a monthly check-in.

Which option is right for me?
You don’t need to know yet. Tell us what’s eating your time and we’ll recommend one. Starting with a single automation is the easiest way to see if we’re a fit.
What does it cost?
The intro call is free. Projects are a flat price, agreed before we start, and managed assistants are a monthly plan. For bigger projects we may suggest a Workflow Roadmap first: $150, credited in full toward your project. Any software subscriptions you’d need are listed up front.
What tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use where possible: your CRM, calendar, email, phone and forms. We’ll tell you up front if something new is needed.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We handle the setup. You just need to tell us how the work gets done today.
What if something breaks?
You review everything before it goes live. Projects include 14 days of fixes after launch. Managed assistants are monitored and fixed as part of the monthly plan.
