Before this, I spent nearly a decade working across sales, marketing and revenue operations at SaaS companies in New York City. Now I bring that experience to small and medium-sized businesses: setting up the systems that answer the calls, chase the follow-ups and handle the paperwork, so owners can get back to the work they’re good at.
